Condition: Vintage advertising hand fan from Smith Brothers in Albion Illinois. Includes an Allis Chalmers logo. Phone is only 3 numbers so fan is very old. Tri-fold style. Front shows a country scene with cottage and flowers. Fan is very worn with no creases, but does have tape damage, minor edge wear, tanning, and surface rub.
